Bee Able Staffing Services is looking for motivated Social Service Workers to address complex needs of children and youth. The role involves providing individualized support, engaging in daily living activities, and facilitating social interactions. You will also focus on crisis management through harm reduction methods, documenting progress, and adhering to care plans.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver personalized support to clients in home and community settings
• Assist with essential daily living tasks and personal care
• Promote community interactions and recreational activities
• Use effective conflict resolution to aid clients in distress
• Complete necessary administrative tasks within deadlines
Requirements:
• Human Services Diploma in relevant specialties
• At least two years of experience with individuals with special needs
• Strong skills in crisis intervention and behavioral management
• Criminal and child welfare checks required
• Valid G License is an asset
