HDR is seeking a Senior Site Civil Engineer to lead site development projects within the Building Engineering Services group. You will manage evaluations, perform design calculations, and create construction documents while mentoring junior staff. This position directly contributes to shaping sustainable infrastructures and technological enhancements in the community.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead initial site evaluations and zoning research
• Design site layouts, drainage, and erosions control
• Prepare and review technical specifications and cost estimates
• Mentor junior engineers and delegate tasks effectively
• Coordinate with clients and project managers for seamless execution
Requirements:
• Minimum of 10 years of design experience required
• Professional Engineering license (PE or P.Eng) necessary
• Familiarity with Civil3D, Microsoft Office, and Bluebeam Revu
• Experience in land entitlement and development processes
• Proven project engineering and management experience
