The Opportunity
Advantage Medical Staffing is recruiting Family Physicians / GPs for a growing primary care clinic in Orléans, Ottawa.
This is an excellent opportunity for a physician who wants to establish a busy practice quickly. The clinic already has a significant existing patient base alongside approximately 2,000 patients waiting to access primary care, creating strong demand for incoming Family Physicians.
The clinic is also preparing to move into a larger location within Orléans as it expands its physician-led primary care services.
Compensation & Practice Potential
Potential annual earnings of CAD $400,000–$650,000
Competitive overhead structure
20% to 25% overhead
Established patient population
Approximately 2,000 patients currently on the waiting list
Around 100 patient consultations per week already being delivered within the current service

Strong communication and patient-centred clinical skills
