You will diagnose issues, replace parts, complete quality repairs, and communicate professionally with customers and operations teams. Technicians document service digitally.
Key Responsibilities:
Diagnose appliance issues during residential service appointments
Repair washers, dryers, refrigerators, freezers, and dishwashers
Repair stoves, ovens, microwaves, and range hoods
Replace parts and complete follow-up visits
Perform functional testing, photos, and digital reporting
Requirements:
At least three years of professional appliance repair experience
Ability to troubleshoot and complete repairs independently
Own vehicle, tools, and diagnostic equipment
Comfort using smartphones for work orders, navigation, and reporting
Professional customer communication and scope judgment
