Operate large farm equipment near Gull Lake, Saskatchewan, using tractors, sprayers, air drills, and combines across a mixed farming operation.
Brad White Ag Ventures Ltd is hiring a full-time, permanent Farm Equipment Operator and Farm Hand. The role supports approximately 4,500 acres of cropland, 1,000 acres of hay land, and 200 cows. It suits someone with extensive large-scale grain farm experience, mechanical knowledge, and confidence working independently.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate tractors, sprayers, air drills, and combines
Complete seeding, spraying, haying, and harvest work
Assist with cattle and mixed farm duties
Maintain, service, and repair farm equipment
Complete yard, shop, and general farm maintenance
Requirements:
Extensive large-scale grain farm equipment experience
Experience with spraying, seeding, haying, and harvest
Mechanical knowledge and basic troubleshooting ability
Valid Class 5 driver’s license and references
Ability to lift 50 pounds and work outdoors
Bring independent equipment operation, crop production, and mechanical skills to Brad White Ag Ventures Ltd’s mixed farm near Gull Lake.
