GYMVMT Westbrook is seeking a positive, high-energy Junior Fitness Consultant for full-time member service in Calgary. Build connections and support wellness journeys.
Working across weekday, evening, and weekend schedules, this consultant helps create professional experiences for guests, members, and visitors. You will approach people, understand their needs, and encourage guests to become members. Success requires strong listening, empathy, discretion, integrity, and the ability to communicate concisely while adapting between independent and team work.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide courteous assistance to guests, members, and visitors
Approach people and encourage membership decisions
Demonstrate discretion, confidentiality, and integrity
Apply initiative when assistance is needed
Maintain dependable attendance across scheduled shifts
Requirements:
High School Diploma with one year sales-driven experience
Strong listening, empathy, and problem-solving abilities
Efficient multitasking, prioritization, and organization skills
Proper telephone etiquette and basic equipment knowledge
Written and oral English proficiency
Support GYMVMT members through attentive service, relationship building, clear communication, and a positive approach to fitness.
