Key Responsibilities:
• Execute daily maintenance tasks on hospital facilities
• Troubleshoot mechanical issues effectively
• Maintain yard care and facility equipment
• Interpret blueprints and maintenance manuals
• Ensure compliance with Fire Codes and safety regulations
Requirements:
• 2+ years' experience in maintenance roles
• High school diploma or equivalent necessary
• Strong understanding of mechanical equipment
• Current Class 5 driver’s license essential
• Must adapt to working in variable conditions
