Deliver course material in alignment with program curriculum and learning outcomes
Facilitate active, experiential learning in classroom and/or clinical settings
Support development of clinical reasoning, communication, and professional behaviour
Provide clear, constructive feedback and evaluate student performance
Maintain a safe and ethical learning environment for students and patients/clients
Requirements
Registered Massage Therapist in good standing
Minimum 2 years of clinical practice
Evidence-informed, biopsychosocial approach
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to teach beyond technique (reasoning, consent, professionalism)
Core Competencies
Demonstrates expertise in delivering course material aligned with program curriculum and learning outcomes, while fostering a safe and ethical learning environment. Proficient in facilitating experiential learning and providing constructive feedback to enhance student performance.
