This Co-Manager role partners with the Store Manager on store performance and team development. You will coach associates, elevate visual standards, and translate business insights into action. The position also supports compliance, safety, and employment legislation requirements.

Coach associates on company selling behaviors
Assign Customer Sales Lead segments and shifts
Resolve customer relations issues effectively
Support recruiting, onboarding, and talent management
Execute visual merchandising and replenishment strategies
