Become a Youth Worker with Youth Unlimited YFC, impacting youth in Southwestern Ontario through engaging programs and relationships. This role focuses on holistic development and support.
As a Youth Worker, you will implement activities that inspire youth to reach their full potential. Your responsibilities will include engaging with students in schools, coordinating volunteer efforts, and participating in key fundraising events. You'll be recognized for your ability to foster connections and demonstrate strong leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design and facilitate engaging youth activities
• Collaborate with volunteers and community partners
• Advocate for youth through fundraising events
• Maintain clear communication with parents and the public
• Prepare monthly reports and uphold policies
Requirements:
• Aligned with Youth Unlimited YFC's vision and mission
• Excellent relational and leadership abilities
• Strong organizational and administrative skills
•
Post-secondary education preferred
• Complete a Criminal Reference Check
