Tundra Oil & Gas is hiring a Temporary Field Operations Dispatcher for a 9-month assignment in Virden, MB or Estevan, SK. This position focuses on coordinating oil and gas field activities efficiently and safely.
In this dispatcher role, you'll engage with operational teams to coordinate equipment, personnel, and operations using IronSight. You are expected to have 1-3 years of downhole experience, with a preference for workover knowledge, and must adhere to safety standards while adjusting daily operations in real-time.
Key Responsibilities:
• Review and manage work requests from operations
• Schedule and dispatch trucks and crews
• Use IronSight to monitor job progress
• Communicate daily with operational teams and service providers
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations
Requirements:
• 1-3 years experience in downhole operations
• Previous workover experience preferred
• Capacity to learn IronSight software
• Strong organizational and communication abilities
• Commitment to safety training and regulations
