Your responsibilities will extend to participating in relevant hospital committees and research initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in all phases of anesthesia procedures
• Monitor patients' physiological responses during surgeries
• Help implement anesthesia care plans with Anesthesiologists
• Prepare and maintain surgical anesthesia equipment
• Engage in hospital committees and research projects
Requirements:
• Completion of a recognized Anesthesia Assistant Program
• Current Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification
• Eligible for membership with the Canadian Anesthesiologists' Society
• Solid understanding of anesthesia assistant theory and practice
• Strong ability to communicate effectively in teams
