Become an ICI Project Manager with a top General Contractor in Calgary and Edmonton. Manage diverse projects with significant budgets in a stable, permanent position. We are seeking experienced Project Managers with a strong ICI construction background. This role offers the chance to lead projects of varying scales, ensuring safety, schedule adherence, and budget management while partnering with internal teams and consultants.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage ICI construction projects throughout all phases
Drive project timelines and budgets through effective leadership
Work collaboratively with trade partners and stakeholders
Review construction documentation and specifications thoroughly
Coordinate subcontractors and consultants to ensure success
Requirements:
5+ years of Project Management experience specific to ICI
Experience with large-scale projects ranging from $20M to $100M+
In-depth knowledge of CCDC contracts and drawings
Strong problem-solving and communication abilities
Relevant post-secondary qualifications are a plus
