Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee Parts Department operations and employee development
• Manage inventory and ensure adherence to CNH program requirements
• Plan and execute marketing initiatives to boost sales
• Collaborate with regional management for dealership success
• Champion health and safety compliance efforts
Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years of leadership experience, preferably in parts management
• Proven track record in team development and performance oversight
• Understanding of financial statements and departmental metrics
• Journeyperson Parts Technician designation is advantageous
• Valid driver's license required
