We seek a detail-oriented Contracts and Compliance Specialist in Toronto to enhance our legal team. The role focuses on contract management, compliance oversight, and insurance coordination.

This dynamic role involves leading day-to-day legal operations and collaborating with the General Counsel. You will ensure effective contract negotiation and compliance processes, as well as develop policies that meet organizational needs. Your expertise in vendor management and legal documentation will be essential in supporting corporate compliance efforts.

Key Responsibilities:
• Review, negotiate, and maintain NDAs and contracts
• Serve as a compliance contact for clients and vendors
• Ensure timely tracking and execution of contracts
• Coordinate with brokers on client insurance requirements
• Draft policies for internal review and cross-functional adoption

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree; legal training or certification appreciated
• 3 to 7 years in compliance or contract management
• Strong background in commercial contracts and compliance
• Familiarity with legal tools and insurance workflows
• Excellent written and communication skills
