Surgical Assistant Technologist Needed

As a pool Surgical Technologist, you will work varied shifts and may be required to be on-call for surgical needs. With three years of surgical tech experience or two years specifically as a First Assistant, you will be a key player in surgical teams, supporting surgeons in critical tasks and workflows for successful surgeries.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist surgeons effectively during various surgical procedures
• Maintain appropriate exposure and homeostasis throughout operations
• Support workflow enhancements with the surgical team
• Perform technical functions vital to surgical success
• Ensure compliance with safety and sterility regulations
Requirements:
• High School diploma or equivalent mandatory
• BLS certification necessary from recognized institutions
• Minimum of 3 years experience in surgical technology
• Strong organizational and critical thinking skills
• Effective written and verbal communication abilities
