Cogir Senior Living seeks a dedicated LPN to join its caring team at Hollyburn House. In this role, you'll provide patient-oriented nursing care, perform clinical assessments, and teach unregulated care providers. Effective communication and strong interpersonal skills are key to building relationships with residents and their families, ensuring their needs are met with empathy.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver individual-focused nursing care to residents
• Conduct clinical assessments and update care plans
• Develop trust-based relationships with residents
• Teach and guide unregulated staff effectively
• Communicate care plan changes clearly
Requirements:
• Registration as a Licensed Practical Nurse
• Previous experience working with seniors preferred
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Basic Cardiac Life Support certification required
• Current Vulnerable Sector Check or willingness to obtain
