Together Housing Group seeks a Gas Technician to complete domestic repairs across Helmsley, York, Harrogate, Selby, Leeds, Goole, Hull, and Pontefract. The work follows job tickets, appointment slots, specifications, drawings, Building Regulations, and safety standards. You will diagnose faults, service appliances, and support customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Repair heating and hot water systems across occupied and vacant properties
Complete repairs right first time wherever practicable
Record work through paper or electronic documentation
Measure requirements and procure necessary materials
Protect belongings, clean areas, and communicate courteously
Requirements:
Full manual United Kingdom driving licence
ACS CCN1, CENWAT1, CKR1, HTR1, CPA1, and UDHW accreditations
City and Guilds Gas Maintenance or equivalent NVQ Level 3
Domestic appliance and central heating installation experience
Health and safety, documentation, and customer service competence
Use ACS accreditation, fault-finding ability, and customer care to maintain heating and hot water systems throughout Yorkshire.
