Wholesale Distribution Branch Manager

Drive sales, margins, and customer service for EMCO Corporation through wholesale distribution leadership, account planning, and strong business judgment. This role leads a Profit Centre.
The Profit Centre Manager develops and leads all business operations while sustaining consistent profitability. You will determine customer account potential, establish sales goals, and manage strategies for growth. Success also requires relationship building, financial report analysis, purchasing knowledge, and team development.
Key Responsibilities:
Determine customer account potential and establish sales goals
Build community relationships to expand market share and identify markets
Ensure customer service expectations are met or exceeded
Own marketing plans and purchasing agreements
Manage assets, expenses, inventory, and receivables
Requirements:
Minimum three years of wholesale distribution experience
Minimum two years of management or leadership experience
College and/or university degree
Understanding of purchasing and inventory control processes
Ability to learn applicable order-processing software
Use sales leadership, marketplace understanding, and financial analysis to strengthen EMCO Corporation's Profit Centre performance.
