As a critical member of the leadership team, you'll be responsible for developing and implementing business strategies that align with our national goals. You'll ensure strong operational performance and oversee vital relationships with brokers to bolster Tokio Marine's competitive edge in the surety insurance market. Your leadership will guide performance management and culture across the Surety team.
Key Responsibilities:
• Create innovative strategies for the Surety business in Canada
• Manage day-to-day operations, ensuring consistent underwriting
• Foster broker partnerships and oversee business plans
• Evaluate risk and recommend actions on new surety projects
• Oversee talent management, including hiring and mentorship
Requirements:
• Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Business
• At least 10 years in Surety with people management
• Strong financial analysis skills and business acumen
• Excellent team-building and communication abilities
• Experience in a hybrid workplace preferred
