Marketing Project Manager at TC Transcontinental

Join TC Transcontinental as a Marketing Project Manager to streamline client projects and ensure successful campaign delivery. This role requires a firm understanding of print production and marketing workflows.
In this pivotal position, you will report to the Client Services Supervisor while cultivating strong relationships between clients and the production team. Responsibilities include managing project briefs, facilitating client communication, and ensuring all projects align with client expectations and company standards. Attention to detail and strong planning capabilities will be key.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee medium-large marketing projects and signage programs
• Produce and clarify client project estimates
• Maintain and update crucial production documents
• Develop and manage inventory and distribution lists
• Facilitate competitive pricing and invoicing for projects
Requirements:
• Degree in Graphic Communications or similar field
• At least three years in digital print production
• Proficiency in inventory management knowledge
• Strong skills in PC software, especially Excel
• Excellent written and verbal communication
