Bird seeks a full-time Project Coordinator for a rotational site position supporting an industrial construction project. This opportunity suits a new engineering graduate seeking site-based learning. You will coordinate pre-commissioning and commissioning activities, work with subcontractors and vendors, and assist with construction deficiency identification. The position requires immediate availability, with preference for candidates based in Edmonton. You will also maintain project documentation, schedules, and performance reporting under the Commissioning Manager’s direction.
Key Responsibilities:
Recommend and support onsite pre-commissioning and commissioning activities
Coordinate commissioning subcontractors and vendors
Identify deficiencies in mechanical and electrical systems
Maintain project files, documents, and electronic databases
Update schedules and key performance indicator reports
Requirements:
Completed post-secondary engineering degree
Engineer-in-Training designation or eligibility to apply
Advanced proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Document design creation or management experience is an asset
Availability to start immediately
