Residential Property Manager Regina

Manage multifamily properties in Regina with Arbutus Properties, using operational leadership and tenant relationship skills across residential communities.
Reporting to the Director of Leasing, this experienced Property Manager oversees financial and operational performance for a residential property portfolio. The position coordinates maintenance, leasing, budgets, inspections, resident service, and compliance. It supports safe, efficient operations while maintaining the Arbutus brand.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily operations and address tenant property management issues
Monitor budgets, expenses, rents, income, and parking facilities
Oversee maintenance schedules, repairs, contractors, and site inspections
Coordinate leasing, renewals, applications, agreements, and resident showings
Maintain resident relationships and respond to concerns professionally
Requirements:
Two or more years of property management experience
Technology platform proficiency; Yardi knowledge is an asset
Intermediate Microsoft Office Suite experience at minimum
Exceptional customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills
Own vehicle and valid driver's license required
Bring property operations, budgeting, leasing, maintenance coordination, and resident service expertise to Arbutus Properties in Regina.
