Hospital Equipment Inventory Coordinator

Manage hospital equipment inventory and deliveries with Mackenzie Health, using organization, databases, and sound judgment across designated clinical areas.
As a Central Equipment Associate, you will monitor equipment, device, hardware, supply, and oxygen tank inventory. You will maintain required PAR levels, identify wear and tear, and notify coordinators or managers when replacements are needed. The position supports operations throughout Mackenzie Health facilities.
Key Responsibilities:

Monitor equipment and device inventory across designated areas
Maintain required PAR levels and report shortages quarterly
Inspect equipment, hardware, and supplies for wear
Notify managers about replacement or new item needs
Pick up broken equipment for designated repairs
Requirements:

Ontario Secondary School Diploma or equivalent
Strong organizational and communication skills
Proficiency with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
Strong understanding of databases
Conscientious approach to safe practices
Bring inventory control, analytical judgment, and organized equipment support to Mackenzie Health’s central equipment operations.
