As part of RBC’s Private Banking team, you will create enhanced client experiences by handling requests through email, phone, and in-person service. Key Responsibilities:

Serve Private Banking clients across multiple channels
Understand and deliver tailored client experiences
Handle servicing requests with accuracy and professionalism

Maximize technology and support digital education
Requirements:

Minimum two to three years of banking experience
Proven client service capability
Excellent organizational skills
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
IFC or CSC completion is an asset
