ERP Order Management Coordinator

Use ERP expertise to manage customer and supplier orders in Montreal, supporting delivery compliance and inventory objectives. Work full time in a hybrid or on-site setting.
This Supply Chain Coordinator administers order records, delivery tracking, and supply issue resolution. You will analyze customer backlogs, verify documentation, and coordinate with suppliers through receipt. The position also supports supply chain improvement activities using continuous improvement tools.
Key Responsibilities:
Enter and maintain customer orders within the ERP
Establish supplier orders and monitor delivery status
Verify documents and trigger required customer deliveries
Interact with suppliers through item receipt and issue resolution
Ensure inventory compliance with established objectives
Requirements:
College diploma or bachelor's degree
Three to five years in a similar function
Practice or knowledge of SAP is an asset
Strong organization, prioritization, and deadline adherence
Responsibility, autonomy, rigor, and rapid learning ability
