Human Resources Generalist Talent Operations

Talent acquisition and HR operations come together at Pacific Blue Cross in a hybrid Human Resources Generalist role supporting informed workforce decisions.
This permanent position partners with leaders, employees, union representatives, and HR colleagues across Pacific Blue Cross. You will coordinate recruitment, onboarding, internal movements, workforce planning, performance management, and Workday processes. Your work will strengthen accurate records, responsive service, and consistent people practices across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate postings, screening, interviews, testing, and background checks
Support workforce planning and talent acquisition strategies
Administer onboarding, job changes, access, and offboarding
Maintain HR systems, personnel files, and confidential records
Prepare reporting, metrics, audits, and workforce analytics
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, or related field
CPHR designation, progress toward designation, or equivalent
Three to five years’ progressive generalist HR experience
Proficiency with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office
Excellent organization, communication, and time management skills
