Design water and wastewater infrastructure with EXP as a Mechanical Engineering Technologist in Fredericton or Halifax, using 3D modeling and engineering drawings.
This position supports EXP’s multidisciplinary consulting work on Atlantic Canada water and wastewater projects. You will prepare process equipment layouts, piping designs, and treatment plant documentation. The role also involves collaboration across disciplines, material quantities, estimates, and project graphics.
Key Responsibilities:

Prepare detailed 3D models for treatment plant projects
Develop engineering drawings for piping and process equipment
Create Piping and Instrumentation and Process Flow Diagrams
Generate material quantities, cost estimates, and report figures
Collaborate with multidisciplinary project teams and follow drawing standards
Requirements:

Diploma in Civil or Mechanical Engineering Technology
Experience designing municipal or industrial water infrastructure
Knowledge of AutoCAD Plant 3D, Civil 3D, and Revit
Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel
Strong communication, work ethic, and attention to detail
