The Vice President engages with diverse communities, ensuring that financial practices support educational goals while promoting sustainability initiatives. Responsibilities include managing budgets and compliance, enhancing service quality, and advancing institutional strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
• Direct the financial management and budget development process
• Monitor and report on financial performance and compliance
• Oversee sustainability efforts and energy initiatives
• Build strategic partnerships with government and industry stakeholders
• Manage risk and lead organizational change efforts
Requirements:
• Minimum of Bachelor's degree in accounting or a related area
• At least ten years of leadership experience in relevant fields
• Strong financial acumen and strategic planning skills
• Familiarity with Indigenous relationship-building practices
• Leadership experience in diverse, equity-focused environments
