As part of Personal and Business Banking, you will understand client priorities and recommend personalized solutions. You will provide financial plans, address investment, credit, and banking needs, and manage mortgage client portfolios individually or with a team. Technology and relationship building are central to client service.
Key Responsibilities:
Meet clients and understand personal and business priorities
Recommend personalized financial solutions and forward-looking plans
Manage mortgage client portfolios and deepen relationships
Network, conduct outreach, and identify business opportunities
Introduce clients to mobile banking applications
Requirements:
Two to three years providing financial advice to clients
Experience achieving sales results through advice-based conversations
Current Mutual Funds License accreditation in good standing
Eligibility for CIRO-MFD licensing requirements
Goal-oriented, curious, authentic, and relationship-focused approach
Use financial advice, client engagement, and digital banking knowledge to support CIBC clients at the Prince George Banking Centre.
