This full-time Director position requires you to have extensive experience in information management within healthcare settings. You will oversee project execution, build a decision support culture, and ensure that IT operations align with organizational ethics and values. Key Responsibilities:
• Create and oversee updates to IT strategic plans
• Manage project execution across reporting departments
• Drive decision-making culture through evidence-based strategies
• Lead hiring and orientation for IT staff
• Develop and present annual budget proposals
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field; Master’s preferred
• 5-7 years of healthcare IT management experience
• Expertise in managing electronic patient records
• Familiarity with healthcare reporting standards
• Project Management certification is a plus
