Senior Technical Recruiter opportunities at MDA Space center on sourcing engineering talent and managing hiring across Montreal. French and English skills are essential.
This 12 month contract supports MDA Space’s Talent Acquisition Team in Montreal. The Senior Recruiter attracts, assesses, and hires candidates for roles across Canada. Responsibilities include technical recruiting, candidate sourcing, interview coordination, offer negotiations, and recruitment strategy. The schedule is in office Monday through Thursday, with Friday work from home available.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify hiring needs and match candidates with suitable roles
Source passive candidates through networking and direct outreach
Conduct interviews, reference checks, and offer negotiations
Partner with managers and interview teams throughout hiring
Promote MDA Space’s employer brand and improve recruitment efforts
Requirements:
Related post secondary education and eight plus recruiting years
French and English communication skills
Technical recruiting experience in computer or engineering fields
Experience partnering with hiring managers and interview teams
Reliability status security clearance and CGP security assessment
Bring bilingual communication, technical recruiting, and consultative hiring expertise to MDA Space’s Montreal Talent Acquisition Team.
