Key Responsibilities:
• Establish coaching standards aligned with governing bodies
• Implement performance analysis and development sessions
• Oversee recruitment and onboarding of coaches
• Manage tryout structures and player evaluations
• Foster community engagement through mentorship programs

Requirements:
• High Performance 1 certification preferred
• Extensive coaching experience at the elite hockey level
• Expertise in Hockey Canada and Hockey Alberta frameworks
• Strong organizational and leadership skills
• Open to working flexible evenings and weekends
