At Canadian Tire Corporation, you will support analytics across marketing, loyalty, merchandising, and promotional initiatives. You will work across the analytics lifecycle while partnering with stakeholders. The work includes reporting, data modeling, dashboards, and business-focused storytelling.
Key Responsibilities:

Translate business questions into scalable data and visualization solutions
Integrate enterprise data for intelligence and analytical initiatives
Build pipelines and datasets using SQL, Python, and PySpark
Develop Power BI dashboards, scorecards, KPIs, and DAX calculations
Analyze campaign, customer, loyalty, sales, and promotional performance
Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in a quantitative discipline
Three or more years of relevant analytics experience
Strong SQL and Power BI development skills
Hands-on Databricks experience is required
