You'll also assist with daily menu preparations and collaborate with a dedicated kitchen team to create exceptional dining experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare complete meals and individual dishes as required
• Maintain ingredient inventory and communicate needs to management
• Follow food safety and sanitation procedures diligently
• Clean and organize kitchen workstations and equipment
• Collaborate with other team members during service
Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a commercial kitchen
• Strong knowledge of food preparation and safety
• Organized with great attention to detail
• Ability to efficiently handle multiple tasks
• Lift up to 25 lbs comfortably
