The position encompasses responsibilities that require current registration with the nursing college and relevant emergency care certifications. Key Responsibilities:
• Employ the nursing process to enhance patient health
• Provide high-quality emergency care services
• Utilize independent judgment in complex situations
• Collaborate within interdisciplinary teams for patient progress
• Commit to continuous learning and professional development
Requirements:
• Active RN registration with Manitoba's nursing college
• Certification in BLS, ACLS, CTAS, and TNCC
• Valid Class 5 driver's license and properly insured vehicle
• Strong communication and analytical skills
• Ongoing commitment to personal and professional growth
