Dematic is in need of a skilled Controls Engineer experienced in the full lifecycle of control systems within the material handling sector. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's in Electrical Engineering and at least five years of controls experience. You will play a key role in system design while also mentoring junior engineers and providing top-tier customer support.
Key Responsibilities:
• Participate in the design and integration of automated systems
• Handle electrical schematic preparation and material specifications
• Troubleshoot and resolve mechatronic issues
• Offer suggestions for productivity improvements within projects
• Mentor junior engineers and oversee project progress
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or similar
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in controls
• Proficient with Allen Bradley Logix PLC platforms
• Experience managing projects from design to commissioning
• Strong customer service and troubleshooting skills
