As an Associate Quality Designer, you will research product iterations and establish impactful testing practices. Reporting to the Development Director, you will support the Quality Verification team through manual and automated testing. Your work will connect test planning, requirements analysis, defect investigation, and data-driven improvement across EA SPORTS FC.
Key Responsibilities:

Analyze internal documents, partner reports, and industry trends
Lead lifecycle test planning and align dependencies
Design manual and automated test suites
Investigate critical paths and document high-impact bugs
Monitor metrics and design workflow experiments
Requirements:

Familiarity with exploratory testing and defect lifecycle management
Ability to author test briefs and acceptance criteria
Experience with test management and diagnostic software
Experience with bug-tracking databases such as Jira
Ability to collaborate across technical and creative teams
Apply quality strategy, test design, and data-driven analysis to help EA SPORTS FC deliver stronger player experiences.
