Bilingual SQL Data Analyst
Gestion Zagora
Use strong SQL and bilingual communication to validate residential property data at Gestion Zagora across Canada and the United States. Work with BigQuery and leadership reporting.
As a Data Analyst, you will support the Data Strategy & Innovation team and report to its Head. This entry-level analytics position connects Finance, Asset Management, Operations, Accounting, and Leasing. Bi-weekly internal technical sessions support progression toward owning a reporting domain.
Key Responsibilities:
Validate warehouse data against rent rolls and unit counts
Build reconciliation checks and resolve variances with operating teams
Validate ERP migration data sets and sign off clean records
Produce bilingual weekly and monthly KPI reporting in BigQuery
Answer leadership questions by defining metrics and presenting findings
Requirements:
Strong SQL skills including joins, aggregations, and window functions
Advanced Excel or Google Sheets proficiency
Comfort reconciling large, inconsistent data sets line by line
Clear written and spoken French and English
Background in finance, accounting, economics, engineering, or quantitative studies
