Mazda Canada Inc. in Montreal area is seeking a bilingual Customer Assistance Representative (FRE/ENG) for a 12-month contract. You will be the first point of contact, handling general inquiries, and coordinating with internal teams and dealers to resolve issues.
The role requires strong verbal and written communication, 1–2 years in customer relations, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of MS Office is expected and automotive exposure is an asset.
