Scope of Work

Residential plumbing installations and repairs

Rough-in and finish plumbing

Fixture installation (sinks, toilets, faucets, tubs/showers)

Drain, waste, and vent (DWV) workMinor service calls and repairs as required

Set pricing provided per scope of work

Most materials supplied by us

(consumables and specialty items may be excluded)

Maintaining a clean and safe job site

Professional communication with clients and project managers

Work Area

Belleville/Trenton, ON and nearby communities

Requirements

Registered business in Ontario

Valid plumbing license

(as applicable for subcontracted work)

Valid WSIB clearance certificate

General liability insurance

(minimum $2M recommended)

Own tools, equipment, and reliable transportation

Minimum 2 years of residential plumbing experience

Ability to read plans and follow scopes of work

Strong workmanship, reliability, and professionalism
