Knix Retail Store Manager
Knix
Lead Knix’s newest retail location through customer experience, sales performance, and people development. This role requires strong business acumen and retail leadership.
As Store Manager, you will bring Knix, Kt by Knix, and Mntd to life through confident customer connections. You will own store performance, coach Assistant Managers, Key Leads, and Sales Associates, and maintain operational excellence. The role centers on KPIs, accountability, fitting room experience, and needs-based service.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive sales through clienteling and needs-based customer service
Use traffic, CVR, AOV, and UPT to guide targets
Coach teams through floor meetings, training, and feedback
Maintain inventory, shipments, and loss-prevention practices
Execute marketing initiatives, events, and visual standards
Requirements:
Store Manager or senior retail leadership experience
Experience with premium or fashion-forward brands
Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
Understanding of merchandising, labour, and product movement
Open availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays
Use retail leadership, KPI ownership, and customer connection to establish Knix’s new store and develop its team.
