Field Leasing Specialist: Drive Rentals & Prospects

Royal York Property Management is seeking a proactive Leasing Specialist to lease homes across our portfolio of managed residential rentals in Ontario. You will meet prospective renters, conduct in-person appointments, and move qualified applicants through the leasing process.
You will represent the company in the field, share feedback with internal teams on prospect interest and property presentation, and help keep vacancies moving while ensuring a positive tenant experience.
