Direct Stantec’s water-sector digital transformation across North America, applying technology integration, asset management, and advisory expertise to complex client challenges.
This North America Sector Leader guides Management and Technology Consulting services for water clients. The senior manager advances utility modernization, emerging technologies, organizational effectiveness, program management, and technology-enabled delivery while developing capabilities and industry presence. The position can be located in any Stantec office across North America.
Key Responsibilities:
Advance digital tools, advisory frameworks, and delivery methods
Track AI, regulatory, utility modernization, and industry developments
Lead innovation across advisory, technology, and delivery teams
Collaborate with global consulting and technology leaders
Strengthen Stantec’s brand through industry participation and thought leadership
Requirements:
Recognized technical proficiency in consulting or advisory markets
Ability to champion innovation and emerging technology implementation
Experience leading digital transformation or program-management initiatives
Minimum bachelor’s degree in a related discipline
Professional credentials such as PMP, IAM, PE, or MBA preferred
Bring water-sector leadership, digital transformation expertise, and technical innovation to Stantec’s North America Management and Technology Consulting practice.
