As Director, you will support growth in Energy, Infrastructure and Renewables Financial Due Diligence. Partner with corporate and financial investors across buy-side and sell-side engagements. Turn financial data into actionable advice while helping clients assess risks, opportunities, valuations, and investment decisions.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage financial due diligence for acquisitions and divestitures
Analyze business plans, public information, and historical financials
Identify and report key risks and issues
Deliver diligence reports and presentations to clients
Lead, mentor, and develop junior team members
Requirements:

5+ years of Financial Due Diligence experience
2–3 years at Senior Manager level preferred
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field
Strong FDD and financial analysis expertise
Leadership, project management, and communication skills
Bring financial strategy, transaction expertise, and leadership to Leo Berwick’s Energy, Infrastructure and Renewables practice.
