As Vice-President, Business Lead, you will champion Cossette’s expansion beyond traditional communications advising. You will identify opportunities, lead RFP processes, and collaborate with the national Growth Team to convert leads into client wins. Your leadership will connect creative work, analytics, digital capabilities, and Alberta’s key sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
Spearhead RFP processes and convert qualified leads into wins
Grow business across Energy, Agriculture, Government, and Tourism
Promote Cossette’s technology, analytics, and digital capabilities
Champion responsible AI use supporting human creativity
Keep teams client-centric, motivated, and growth-focused
Requirements:
Multi-expertise agency experience solving complex business needs
Established Alberta network spanning corporate and provincial contacts
Digital marketing, Martech, and AI application fluency
Credibility within at least one key Alberta industry
Ability to unite multidisciplinary teams around shared vision
Use agency expertise, growth leadership, and AI fluency to expand Cossette’s Alberta business through meaningful client partnerships.
