Lead AI-enabled product design for Clio’s legal technology, guiding automation across timekeeping and financial workflows. Work remotely across North America, excluding Quebec.
As Senior Manager, Product Design, you will guide a team of four to five designers supporting legal professionals. Partner with Product and Engineering to set vision, improve usability, accessibility, and coherence, and deliver experiences from discovery through iteration. Toronto is preferred.
Key Responsibilities:

Bring automation and AI into timekeeping experiences
Understand financial workflows across solo and mid-market firms
Lead designers through framing, execution, launch, and iteration
Build platform-wide consistency across connected financial products
Establish standards for usability, accessibility, and coherent experiences
Requirements:

10+ years of Product Design experience
3+ years managing and growing design teams
Strong AI product design understanding
Experience with complex B2B products and fintech
Modern design, prototyping, AI tools, and WCAG fluency
Combine AI product design, systems thinking, and coaching to improve Clio’s financial experiences for legal professionals.
