Restaurant Assistant Manager with operational planning and staff leadership skills, working onsite at the physical restaurant location. English is required.
This Assistant Manager evaluates daily operations, monitors performance, and coordinates restaurant activities. The position requires one to less than two years of experience, college or CEGEP education, and MS Office knowledge. It supports teams of 16 to 20 people while managing customer service, suppliers, inventory, events, and catering arrangements.
Key Responsibilities:
Evaluate and organize daily restaurant operations
Monitor staff performance and conduct performance reviews
Recruit, train, and schedule staff
Maintain inventory and negotiate supplier arrangements
Manage events and address customer concerns
Requirements:
College or CEGEP education
One to less than two years of experience
English language proficiency
MS Office knowledge
Ability to work onsite under pressure
