Reporting to the Director, Business Optimization, this advisor supports operational concepts that enhance Agnico Eagle’s value. You will analyze Full Potential Models, evaluate mine life scenarios, and develop ideas affecting profitability, sustainability, and longevity. The position works across technical disciplines and may support innovation, project evaluation, and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:

Evaluate new operational scenarios adding value to deposits
Improve mine scenarios with multidisciplinary teams
Develop ideas for pre- and post-operational assets
Ensure selected concepts enhance company value
Support transformation initiatives across operational aspects
Requirements:

Recognized authority in a relevant technical discipline
15+ years in the mining industry
Advanced knowledge of mining value drivers
Ability to generate innovative ideas and concepts
English fluency and executive-level communication ability
Use mining expertise, innovation, and strategic analysis to improve Agnico Eagle operations and strengthen long-term business value.
