Vice President Technology Metrics Lead

Lead technology metrics and KPI governance at Morgan Stanley in Montreal, using data architecture and analytics within a hybrid work model.
As a Vice President, you will shape the firm’s technology measurement ecosystem across architecture, engineering, cybersecurity, infrastructure, data, and business teams. You will define standardized measures supporting technology strategy priorities. The mandate covers modernization, resilience, governance, productivity, platform adoption, data readiness, and relevant AI measures.
Key Responsibilities:
Define, standardize, and govern enterprise technology metrics
Develop indicators covering modernization, resilience, productivity, and value
Produce strategic analyses, dashboards, and executive reporting
Design architecture for enterprise strategy datasets
Establish semantic models, metadata, lineage, and quality controls
Requirements:
More than 10 years in data, analytics, or technology strategy
Enterprise metrics, scorecards, and performance frameworks experience
Hands-on pipelines, data models, reconciliation, and curated products
SQL and Python for analysis, validation, and prototyping
French and English knowledge required
